Importing fails? Try CSV Export! (works 100% of the times)

To import a product using CSV, follow these steps:


  1. Paste the product link that you want to copy on the app then click "Import Products"



  1. Instead of clicking "Import product(s)", hit the "Export to CSV" button in the "Edit before importing" window.



  1. Then click "Download CSV File".



  1. Then go to your "Products" page in the sidebar.



  1. In your "Products" page click the "Import" button on the top right.



  1. Drag and drop or choose the CSV file you just downloaded and click "Continue" then "Import products". You can check the "Overwrite existing products" just in case.
