How to fix the error "The file is not supported on trial accounts. Select a plan to upload this file"
If you encounter the error message "The file is not supported on trial accounts. Select a plan to upload this file" while attempting to import products with the Kopy app, simply upgrade your Shopify plan to at least a basic plan, then retry the process, and it should function correctly.
